[Libav-user] ffmepg receive RTP stream

Hi all，
      I'm relatively new to ffmpeg. I use ffmpeg receive the video stream with the protocol RTP, 
but sometimes stream packets are lost and video is not fluent. then I find it do not send RTCP
packets to control QOS.  I think something is wrong.
