[Libav-user] Fragmented MP4 muxing

HI All.
If I need to stream fragmented mp4 chunks, what are the optimal flags?
I see in the web something like this:

 "frag_keyframe+empty_moov"

or something like that:

empty_moov+faststart-default_base_moof


What effect does "default_base_moof" flsg  have ?
