[Libav-user] Video streaming file replacing

Hi, guys

I`m writing an application that replace streaming video files(HLS, 
MPEG-DASH) files with empty dummy videos.

Basically I need to

1) Open .ts file for example

2) Read all its properties(duration, frame rate)

3) Create output context with the same properties

4) Write empty frames with the same size

Is there are any example for similar functionality?

Where should I get started?
