[Libav-user] Video Creation from Image Assets + Audio

Is it possible to create a video by combining a series of image assets and
an audio file using the FFMPEG API?

Image assets must be displayed on pre-defined times on the timeline. ie.
they correspond to specific parts of the audio file.

Any help with this greatly appreciated. I am looking for a developer to
build a service which involves this function.
