[Libav-user] Creating seekable video files without seekable IO

Hi Carl,

thank you for the suggestion. For some reason, I thought that mpegts is not
seekable at all. I've tested it though and seeking worked in all players
that I've tested so far. One of the tested players had a problem with
playback speed though. But it's probably a bug in the player.

Unfortunately, it works only for h264. I'm able to mux mjpeg content using
mpegts but players are not able to handle it for some reason. Transcoding
is also out of the question for me as it'd put too much load on the server.
