[Libav-user] How to decode tiled HEVC with ffmpeg

Hi community:

I am trying to use libav to decode a tiled hevc video. I have tested
the AV_CODEC_ID_HEVC decoder but it seems it does not work.

Besides, is there any way to just decode specific ones of the tiles in the
tiled-hevc video?

  Any help would be appreciated.
