You are only allowed to distribute binaries based on FFmpeg
if you follow the GPL or the LGPL, both require that you allow
your users to forward the binaries under the conditions of the
(L)GPL.
If you don't want to distribute FFmpeg, then our only concern
is that you understand that there is no warranty.

To the best of my knowledge, nobody who posts on this mailing
list is, please ask your lawyer (not a developer) about all
license issues.
