[FFmpeg-user] Sticky subtiles when hardcoding them with -filter_complex

I could test with a VOB of my own, and I realize that it is a bug in ffmpeg:
the duration was not taken into account. It was until now only tested with
PGS and DVB subtitles, and they use an empty end subtitle instead of the
duration.
