[FFmpeg-user] convert a 3D MXF to various mp4 format

Hi All,

Could anyone tell me how to convert a 3D MXF file into following formats:
1. two separate mp4 files, left and right channel individually
2. one single mp4, with side by side 3D
3. one single mp4, with frame sequential 3D
